Job Title: Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a talented Loyalty Manager to drive wine sales through data analysis and personalized offers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for program management, customer service, data integrity, and collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute communications.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess 3+ years of experience managing loyalty programs, preferably in the wine industry or hospitality. Strong technical capabilities, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities required for this position.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about wine, enthusiastic, and able to work autonomously while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive wine sales by analyzing member preferences, tailoring offers, leveraging seasonal campaigns, and converting high-value visitors into subscribers
  • Oversee day-to-day program management including processing and managing sign-ups, member care, retention, data quality, and CRM integrity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting in tastings and wine selections
  • Liaise with tech support to troubleshoot system issues and enhance customer experience
  • Champion the Loyalty Program internally - align with the Operations Manager to support and train Tasting Room Team
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in planning and executing communications
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing loyalty programs, ideally in the wine industry or hospitality
  • Strong technical capability and fluency in CRM, POS and ecommerce platforms
  • Analytical thinker, with the ability to use data and insights as part of continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with strong time and project management capabilities
  • Possession of passion for wine and enthusiasm to champion the Loyalty Programs
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
