Gaming Manager | A Career Opportunity

As Gaming Manager, you will support and assist the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operation of the gaming room, driving exceptional customer service and monitoring gaming operations.

Key Requirements

  • Implement and champion our Responsible Gambling Code
  • Supervise and perform gaming/wagering and cash handling duties
  • Strong communication skills and passion for delivering a consistent, high-level guest experience
  • Coordinate team development and trainings to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
