**Full time Territory Manager**

Melbourne and regional VIC

We are currently seeking an energetic and ambitious territory Manager to join our team in the Independent Supermarket Industry.

We are the leading field team in executing brands such as **Darrell Lea, SC Johnson, BWX Skincare, Mutti, Wicked Sister desserts and many more.**

At Mac Merchandising we give our brands the support they need, in the stores that support them. We offer detailed, thorough service to top trading stores nationally across the independent sector.

We execute our supplier commitments with extreme pride and attention to detail, and deliver top class results, merchandising standards and create powerful relationships with our customers.

Reporting to the National Field Manager and State Manager, you will be assisting in sales and merchandising within your state, with full responsibility in the top trading stores within your geographical area.

Regional overnight stay may be Required.

**The Position**

Developing and executing promotional plans with multi-site outlet MSO groups and stand-alone independent retailers across a variety of well-known brands.

Visit and create strong relationships with customers through a call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunities across given KPI's.

Presell and maximise in store opportunities by negotiating off locations, shelf share and distribution.

Presell promotional programs against State targets.

Strong communication and reporting skills, problem solving and participation in team goals and supplier drives.

**Your Skills/Experience**

Previous sales in FMCG Independent retailers with a strong understanding of customer market requirements

Merchandising and display building abilities with creativeness and an eye for detail.

Ability to easily develop strong, trusting, and lasting relationships.

Strong negotiating skills with the ability to handle and address customer objections.

Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.

Basic computer skills word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
