The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a
Student Administration Assistant
to join our passionate team at Rapid Training. This customer-focused, highly organised role is pivotal in ensuring our students receive exceptional support throughout their learning journey. You will play an integral part in delivering a high-quality student experience, while also supporting the RTO Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to students.
Manage student enrolments, progress tracking, and course administration.
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to assist with student enquiries, support, and engagement.
Provide timely and accurate assistance to the RTO Manager.
Ensure student records meet compliance requirements under regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with trainers/assessors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth training delivery.
Assist with reporting, scheduling, and general administration across the business.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Recent experience in an administration or customer service role.
A high level of digital literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
Experience using Student Management Systems (SMS), CRM platforms, or similar.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
