Overview
Assistant, Visitor Experience at Arts Centre Melbourne. Role involves creating remarkable customer experiences at a range of events across our venues, including theatres and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
Responsibilities
Greet and guide customers, anticipate their needs during events and shows.
Ensure areas are safe and operationally effective.
Serve bar food and beverages at intervals.
Qualifications
Experience is not required, but some customer service/hospitality experience will be advantageous.
We have a supportive and responsive training program.
Details
Hours of work vary with most events at night and on weekends (particularly Friday and Saturday).
October start date, training provided.
Compensation: $26.30 per hour plus 25% casual loading and superannuation.
Location: Arts Centre Melbourne venues, including the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Recruitment dates include Assessment Centre/Interview on Wednesday 17 Sept, Thursday 18 Sept and Friday 19 Sept.
You must be available for Customer Service Induction on Tuesday 14 October, Customer Service Training on Wednesday 15 October, and Sidney Myer Music Bowl Training on Wednesday 22 October.
