Job Title: Visitor Experience Assistant

Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Visitor Experience Assistant. As a key member of our ensemble, you will play a vital role in creating remarkable customer experiences at various events and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and guiding customers, anticipating their needs during events and shows.

  • Maintain safe and operationally effective areas.

  • Serve food and beverages at intervals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

  • Availability for the first month to gain momentum working across all venues.
