What You'll Do
The Visitor Experience Officer is responsible for providing proactive, responsive, high-quality customer service standards for new and existing visitors to Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria. This role ensures visitors receive clear, welcoming information on arrival, and leave having had a positive and safe visitor experience. The role also provides a level of protection for site assets through the enforcement of key RBGV regulations. You must be available to work Sundays and public holidays.
What You'll Bring
The successful applicant will have a strong history of delivering high-quality service to customers in busy environments. You are positive and self-motivated, and enjoy solving problems, working as part of a team and interacting with customers of all backgrounds. You take pride in your work and are now looking to make a genuine contribution to a nationally-recognised organisation.
