
Administrator/Bookkeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- **Invoicing and Receipts**: Generate invoices and receipts, and manage debt collection.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- **Business Activity Statements (BAS)**: Prepare BAS.
- **Administrative Duties**: Act as a central receptionist, handle incoming calls, and manage office supplies and orders.
- **Software Proficiency**: Use bookkeeping software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
