Job Role:

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the department in line with our corporate strategies and brand standards. This involves ensuring that all computer systems and networks provide seamless service to hotel operations, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining high-quality technical assistance and advice to hotel management, as well as maximizing the return on investment from hardware and software assets. Effective training and support are crucial in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage computer systems and networks to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management
  • Maximize return on investment from hardware and software assets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as IT Manager in a large hotel operation with advanced technology
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
