- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic _**Day Tour Operations Manager**_ _to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to oversee and enhance our day tour operations._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Plan, coordinate, and manage day tour operations to ensure seamless execution, from scheduling to customer satisfaction._
- _Supervise tour logistics, including route planning and driver & vehicle assignments. _
- _Maintain high service standards by ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and safety across all day tours._
- _Act as the main point of contact between drivers and customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication._
- _Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, implementing solutions to enhance the client experience._
- _Monitor tour performance, identify operational challenges, and recommend improvements._
- _Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, policies, and expectations._
- **Key Requirements**:_
- _**Experience**:_ _Minimum of 3 years in tour operations or transport management, preferably in a similar role._
- _**Language Skills**:_ _Fluency in both _**English and Mandarin**_ _(spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse customers and staff._
- _**Leadership**:_ _Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, including drivers and support staff._
- _**Problem-Solving**:_ _Strong decision-making skills to handle day-to-day challenges effectively and efficiently._
- _**Customer Service**:_ _A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences._
- _**Organizational Skills**:_ _Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks._
- _**Driver's License**:_ _A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory._
