Job Title: Assistant Day Tours Manager

This is a dynamic and exciting role that involves working closely with the NSW Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations of our day tour business. Key responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer service, supporting us as the preferred choice for travelers, and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have prior experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • ▸ Deliver exceptional customer experiences to our guests
  • ▸ Sell and promote our range of products within the specified market
  • ▸ Foster a high level of collaboration with the Coach Division, including coach ordering, dispatching, and liaising with drivers and suppliers
  • ▸ Monitor and respond to competitor activities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is essential
  • Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel - V Look Ups & Pivot Tables, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing yield and average loads
  • Strong understanding of the local market and sales processes
