Day Tour Operations Manager

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute day tours to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage logistics including route planning, driver assignments, and vehicle allocation.
  • Maintain high service standards by ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and safety across all day tours.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between drivers and customers, facilitating clear communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, implementing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor tour performance, identify operational challenges, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, policies, and expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in tour operations or transport management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with diverse customers and staff.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, including drivers and support staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills to handle daily challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
