Job Title: Day Tour Coordinator

Description:

As a dedicated and organized professional, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing day tour schedules to ensure smooth logistics and timely departures. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers, tour guides, and clients to meet all tour requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate day tour schedules.
  • Communicate with drivers, tour guides, and clients to ensure all tour requirements are met.
  • Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and special requests to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor tour operations in real-time, addressing any last-minute changes or challenges.
  • Liaise with suppliers, attractions, and restaurants to arrange tour inclusions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of tour performance, feedback, and reports.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting tours and managing online content if required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tour operations, transport logistics, or event coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry and local attractions is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license (preferred but not essential).
