**The Company**
A successful, innovative company based in the SE suburbs of Melbourne, specialising in the design and manufacture of various automotive products that improve driving safety and comfort.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will complete all sales-related data entry and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their enquiries. Duties include:

- Working with a dedicated group of clients ensuring strong, long term customer relationships are established
- Ensuring customers are attended to in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Processing customer orders and invoices accurately and promptly
- Monitoring customer orders and recording details
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and sales teams, ensuring customers needs are met

**The Person**
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have high attention to detail and enjoy a friendly team environment. It goes without saying you are reliable, punctual and motivated with a 'can do', attitude.

Intermediate to advance computer skills i.e. MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook a must. Knowledge of Pronto would be highly regarded

Note: You must be available to commence immediately and commit to the length of the 12-month assignment
