**The Opportunity**:
The aim of this role to provide administrative and clerical support to the branch in particular our service department. This role will provide administration support to the Service Department by processing invoices timely and accurately by ensuring all purchase orders have been raised correctly, accurately costing jobs and providing customer service support to our clients and general clerical duties.
As a Branch Administrator you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Did you know Komatsu is an RTO? Our employees are encouraged to complete 2 courses per year.

**Roster**: Full Time, Monday to Friday
**Role Located**: Newcastle Branch, Tomago NSW

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Experience with SAP administration (highly regarded)
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Previous experience in a administrator role within a service department
- Customer service experience.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers.
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Have technical aptitude and a fun, can-do attitude.
