Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Support Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support in our Mental Health Branch. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the branch, including meeting coordination, HR and ICT support, general administrative tasks, records management, purchasing, correspondence, meeting support, data entry stationery orders.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting staff with ICT-related enquiries, managing branch ICT equipment, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment processes, travel bookings, cab charge requests, catering orders. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of our Mental Health Branch.

  • Delivering a broad range of administrative services, including records management, purchasing, correspondence, meeting support, data entry stationery orders.
  • Managing branch ICT equipment and assisting staff with ICT-related enquiries.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes.
  • Providing ad hoc support to other branch staff.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or substantial experience in administrative support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Initiative and sound judgement in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to customer service.
