- Manage the bookkeeping of the business end to end

Wall Street is a HR Systems and Service provider for small to medium business with over 20 years' experience in HR, Sales and Recruitment, which over time has developed into an outsource Human Resource company.

We help our clients create value for their business through their most important asset, their people. Our clients are from a diverse range of industries such as, retail, manufacturing, sport leagues, property, marketing and more No two days are the same.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Manage the meeting room calendars
- Inbox management and phone line enquiries
- Administration duties regarding the onboarding of new Wall Street staff and other ad hoc tasks
- Ensure the office is neat, tidy, organised and snacks are stocked
- Organise team events and celebrations
- Managing Accounts Receivable end to end function
- Proactively managing overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Managing Accounts Payable end to end function
- Daily Sales Reconciliations
- Daily Bank Reconciliations

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Advanced Computer Skills (MYOB, Excel and Word)
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads
