Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities also include generating invoices and receipts, managing debt collection, performing monthly bank reconciliations, preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), and serving as a central receptionist to handle incoming calls and manage office supplies and orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A Certificate I - IV or 1 year of bookkeeping experience is preferred, as is proficiency in MYOB and Xero.

Key Responsibilities:
