**Hospitality Manager - Roman's Deli**

We're on the hunt for a confident and experienced manager to lead the brand development and customer experience at Roman's Deli.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading the FOH team in daily service, including order taking, payment handling, and customer engagement
- Managing floor operations, clearing tables, and ensuring smooth communication between FOH and the kitchen
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring a positive and consistent guest experience
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards and enforcing safe service practice

**We're after someone who brings**:

- A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced café environment
- Availability all week, weekend included

Expected hours: 30-40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
