Driving sales through the community and corporate outreach is essential.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven administration skillsBe highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skillsHave a professional and positive approach to work.
You must maintain high standards of gym cleanliness, maintenance & OH&SEnjoy working with children and have a friendly and nurturing attitudeMust have a drive to meet sales targets and KPI'sHave a passion and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facilityProvide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the clubDriving sales through local community and corporate outreach.Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the teamWork to the club's budget, financial reporting and inventory managementImplementation marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growthEnsure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and complianceGain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility
