Job Title

A dynamic individual is required to take on a key role within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and customer service, with excellent administration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • This position involves driving sales through community and corporate outreach, while providing exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club.
  • The successful candidate will be highly organised, with a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.

The role requires a professional and positive approach to work, maintaining high standards of gym cleanliness, maintenance & OH&S.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales through local community and corporate outreach.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club.
  3. Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team.
  4. Work to ensure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role is highly regarded.
  • A proven ability to meet sales targets & KPIs and have strong focus on customer service.
  • Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Have a professional approach to work.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting and reporting.
  • A passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent across social media platforms.
  • Certificate 3&4 in Fitness looked at favorably but not necessary as we can assist.
