Snap Fitness Dubbo is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team, and provide guidance and support to staff members.
  • Operations: Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role.
  • A proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
