About Our Club

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a club manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of the club.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. They will also possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through local community and corporate outreach
  • Improve customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment
  • Implement marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Certificate 3&4 in Fitness (desired but not essential)
