Respite Cottage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and direct the care of clients with individual needs. This involves overseeing budgets and quality aspects of care provision, working closely with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, mentor, and lead staff.

This role requires experience in aged care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients. Knowledge of relevant programs and guidelines is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
