Fine Jewllery Sales Specialist For Cruise Ship

**Sales and Service**
- Utilise sales skills and develop fine jewellery and watch product knowledge to ensure all sales targets are achieved and exceeded
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times in line with company expectations
- Be confident and professional closing high ticket sales
- Deliver professional seminars on a range of fine jewellery and watches
- Co-ordinate fine jewellery promotions and events
- Provide feedback to Retail Manager on fast and slow selling lines
- Take initiative in learning about new product ranges
- Work alongside and assist Trunk Show vendors

**Merchandise and Deliveries**
- Assist in the delivery process of all retail merchandise to include manual handling and stock replenishment
- Merchandise fine jewellery ranges in line with company guidelines
- Maintain shop and window displays
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct daily piece counts in line with company loss prevention programme to minimise shrinkage
- Ensure merchandise is accurately priced and SKU'd
- Store back-up merchandise ensuring stock is secured and will not be damaged

**Loss Prevention and POS**
- Run an accurate perpetual inventory
- Ensure merchandise is locked and secure at all times
- Accurately process sales through the POS system
- Discounts to be pre-authorised by the Retail Manager or company directive
- Adhere to company loss prevention program to minimise shrinkage

**Safety**
- Punctual attendance of mandatory safety training and drills
- Adhere to all health, safety, security, environmental and company policies and procedures**Sales and Service**

MUST be Japanese Speaking

MUST have 3 years + experience.
