About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to break into the mortgage and finance industry, or for those seeking a flexible, performance-based role.
Whether you're a recent graduate, a career changer, or returning to the workforce — this role can be a stepping stone to becoming a Loan Consultant or even owning your own Mortgage Choice franchise in the future.
As a Loan Administrator, you'll support our broker team by managing the back-end of the loan application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from application to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan processing and application submission
Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to collect documents and provide updates
Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding items
Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems and lender portals
Prepare compliance documentation in line with industry regulations
Support clients post-settlement as needed
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in mortgages and lending
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in admin, customer service, or finance is a bonus — but not essential

Remuneration
This is a commission-only casual role.
