Skyring is a fast growing mortgage fund business looking to expand their Loans management team. Skyring provides tailored Investment opportunities and lending solutions for business borrowers and reliable income streams for investors.
About the role
This role provides administrative support to the Loan Management team. Managing borrower onboarding, ensuring smooth sign up and control of their on-going accounts whilst managing relevant data, spreadsheets and internal systems.
Strong and on-going support of the borrowers is critical to Skyring's overall succes.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following –
- Maintaining borrowers' records and data integrity
- Answering telephone or email enquiries
- Managing the execution of loan documentation
- Creating various reports
- Organising meetings and events
- Working closely and coordinating with the Investor Relations team, CFO and Managing Director
- Setting up new borrower accounts, updating relevant databases
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and brokers with the ability to follow up on required financial documentation on behalf of directors whilst building excellent relationships
- Evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and borrowers
- Daily and continuous updates on status of mortgages
- Assist Investor Relation team with updating marketing material
- General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, copying and maintaining accurate data
- Ad hoc duties as required by management
- Preparation of loan statements
Skills and experience
We are looking for an individual with a confident and proactive approach coupled with excellent communication abilities. Experience in administrative roles is required, within a financial services or banking environment would be well regarded. Importantly you will be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation and attention to detail, whilst delivering a high level of service. In return you will be working as part of a collaborative team which provides stimulation and challenge.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with Borrowers, business partners & associates to maintain the company's image
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Flexible, proactive, and a fast learner, with the ability to work within a team
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Resourceful and independent thinker
- Experience in a client facing job preferred
- Experience in the Financial Services or Banking Industry preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- 4 years' experience in a loans administration role minimum
