About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to break into the mortgage and finance industry, or for those seeking a flexible, performance-based role. Whether you're a recent graduate, a career changer, or returning to the workforce — this role can be a stepping stone to becoming a Loan Consultant or even owning your own Mortgage Choice franchise in the future.

As a Loan Administrator, you'll support our broker team by managing the back-end of the loan application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan processing and application submission
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to collect documents and provide updates
  • Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems and lender portals
  • Prepare compliance documentation in line with industry regulations
  • Support clients post-settlement as needed
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine interest in mortgages and lending
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in admin, customer service, or finance is a bonus — but not essential

Remuneration

This is a commission-only casual role. You will be rewarded for each loan you help process through to settlement. The more successful files you manage, the more you earn.
