It also requires working within the region Operations Team Charter to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, providing outstanding customer service.What will you be doing?
Pick, pack, check, and receive all stock, including loan sets.Process & dispatch loan set/kit returns, ensuring they are intact and ready for re-issue promptly.Conduct quality inspections of returned materials/equipment, and accurately update their status in SAP/My Mediset.Assist with stock rotation and removal of expired items as necessary.Supervise products by batch/lot and serial number, ensuring all are individually tagged.Identify discrepancies in bookings and ensure CAPA procedures are followed to minimize risks.Handle domestic and international shipping, communicating delivery details to relevant departments.Monitor loan sets throughout dispatch and return to facilitate quick turnaround and availability for the VIC Operations team.Support the customer service team with inquiries, ensuring accurate bookings and stock transactions via the tunnel for proper billing.Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of bookings to meet branch schedules and internal metrics.Perform general warehouse duties as directed by the Regional Operations Manager, working closely with sales staff to meet patient needs.Maintain ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485 standards, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and uphold housekeeping standards.What will you need to be successful?
Certificate in warehousing and distribution.Proven experience in logistics or distribution environments.Experience with loan set operations.Experience handling contaminated materials.Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital CSSD processes.Familiarity with SAP and RFID processes.To apply, include a cover letter addressed to the Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
