Job description
We are seeking a professional who is willing to be a part of our team for the long term. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can join us full-time and add value to the company. The remuneration for this role will be based your experience and comes with additional commissions and superannuation.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, energetic, creative and confident individual with a desire to help businesses succeed.
• Have 3-5 years of B2B solution sales experience in selling digital marketing services (SEM, SEO, PPC and Websites).
• Exceptional communication, organisation and presentation skills - both verbal and written.
• Proven success as a BDM in the digital marketing sector.
• Proficient in CRM software and Google Office Suite.
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrate experience in identifying new business opportunities, and understanding of growth strategies.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and strategic outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the digital marketing landscape to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities in digital marketing strategies that include SEO, PPC, SEM, and website design.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to remain knowledgeable about digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales team members.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements, securing optimal terms for both the agency and the client.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client relationship matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
