Casual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator – Exact Orthodontics, Indooroopilly.
Location: 4 Westminster Road, Indooroopilly, QLD 4068.
Exact Orthodontics is a trusted local orthodontic practice in Indooroopilly, dedicated to producing beautiful smiles for patients of all ages across Brisbane.
Our team of experienced clinicians offers a wide range of orthodontic treatments in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and building lasting relationships with our patients.
We are seeking aCasual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinatorto join our team for 2 days per week, specifically onTuesdays and Thursdays.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
Welcome new patients and assist clinicians through the consultation process
Collaborate with Orthodontists, Practice Manager, clinic staff, and patients to ensure efficient, positive experiences
Present treatment plans and financial agreements
Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients
Liaise between patients and staff
Maintain accurate patient records and reporting
Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within a Dental practice is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of dental terminology
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
Experience with dental software is a must
Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
