Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients, ensuring seamless delivery of orthodontic treatments.
  • Present treatment plans and financial agreements to patients, providing clear and concise information.
  • Liaise between patients, clinicians, and staff, promoting effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reporting, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a patient-first approach.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a treatment coordinator within a dental practice, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certificate III in dental assisting or certificate IV in dental assisting, preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with dental software, including electronic medical records and practice management systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and loyalty.
