About the Role

The Waste Water Coordinator position is a critical role in ensuring the effective management of water and wastewater infrastructure within our organization. This key role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of activated sludge treatment processes, water supply reticulation, and disinfection.

To be successful in this position, applicants must possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including licenses or certifications such as the Plumbing Licence or Certificate III in Water Operations. Additionally, they must have extensive knowledge of water and wastewater operations, including preventive maintenance procedures relating to wastewater treatment plants.

Applicants should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They should be able to coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of water supply and treatment, as well as waste water treatment. This includes managing staff, plant, equipment, and processes related to water and wastewater operations.
