**2. About this role**:
We're after an Executive Assistant to help our Managing Director as we accelerate our operations. You'll be responsible for:
High level executive support to the Managing Director
Scheduling and communication with our clients, staff and investors across our Australian and UK offices
Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of MD
Proofing / editing documentation
Travel, accommodation and events management
Processing of expense claims
CRM management support
Record and document upkeep and filing
**3. About you**:
**3.1 Your background and credentials**:
You need to have a minimum of 3 years of full time professional experience (ideally in a similar role).
Some of the things we'll be looking for (that will help you succeed in this role):
You have three years of full time professional experience
You have strong written communication skills
You like high amounts of autonomy
You're willing to work hard when required to get things delivered
You have an unusually high quality threshold - you're the one who's typically picking up the errors
You have substantial experience dealing with senior / powerful individuals
**4. Compensation**:
We're offering competitive compensation plus substantial upside through equity grants (package will be determined based on experience and impact).
**5. Location**:
Our offices are located in East Melbourne. Our preference is this role will work in a hybrid manner with 2-3 days a week required in office.
