They are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. Ideally someone who has at least 3 years experience, working in a team based Accounts Payable environment.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable activities
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Accounting software or large ERP experience
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced role while performing accurate data entry
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance and Compliance Manager, your will be responsible for, but not limited to the following;
- Entering and matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Entering and coding authorized non-purchase order supplier invoices
- Preparing and posting suppliers payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Following up pending supplier invoices with purchasing staff to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconciling intercompany payables/receivables
- Reconciling supplier accounts if there is a dispute over payment, invoices and balances
- Issues, follows up, collect and post company credit card statements and verify receipts for all transactions
- Contact suppliers for invoices not received, processed or paid.
