Gaia Retreat & Spa is one of Australia's most awarded boutique lifestyle wellness retreats. We offer a luxurious nurturing space for those wishing to relax, realign and recharge. Located high up in the stunning sub-tropical Byron Bay Hinterland, Gaia boasts magnificent views on 25 acres which includes two kitchen gardens, beehives, resident chickens and an aquaponics system.

The Guest Services role is to ensure that our guests receive a personalised service and an exceptional experience during their stay from check in to check out. This role requires a strong background in customer service and administration as you will also be responsible for reservations and bookings over the phone.

**Keys skills & attributes**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a face to face customer service role in retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, school holidays
- Desirable experience with RMS.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
