Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity to join our team as a Completions Coordinator in an initial 6 month contract.
About the Role

The Completions Coordinator plays a key role in the on-going project administration activities, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are provided with the appropriate materials and data to achieve Practical Completion activities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise effectively with both internal teams and subcontractors to coordinate the efficient document collection from recently built projects to enable project closure.- Ensure Service Stream meet all client contractual and technical requirements and do so with high quality and accuracy and in a professional manner.- Review and analyse data received by the Design, Construction team and subcontractors to ensure all documents and photographs match the build and design certificates for Practical Completion, escalating inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders when required- Liaise with all stakeholders (nbn, subcontractors and internal teams) in resolving all issues arising from completions and / or claims processes- Work with the Regional teams to carry out final commercial checks for project completion- Report weekly to relevant stakeholders on the overall status of open projects- Work with the Service Stream Regional teams in building on information accuracy and quality

Skills and Experience- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)- Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail- Knowledge of FTTN & FTTP technologies and design desirable- Experience in relevant systems including Sharepoint, IFS, ConSol, Appian and Spatial / AutoCAD desirable- Previous experience within nbn advantageous.- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
