**About the Role**

This administrative-focused position works within Metro's Technology division's Operational Control Systems (OCS) Team. This team is responsible for the ongoing lifecycle management of OCS field-based assets, including CCTV cameras, Customer information systems and ancillary support systems.

**Responsibilities**

A snapshot of duties and responsibilities include:

- Working closely with Renewals team to close out all projects, both routine type ("cyclical") and non-routine type ("system") projects.
- Reviewing submissions (asset data, drawings, images, forms, certificates, and other engineering documentation) for completeness and quality before submission.
- Liaising with installers to request further asset information as required.
- Uploading asset data into Metro's asset management system for all renewal projects and ensuring successful uploading into DoT's asset management system.
- Monitoring completion status of current projects in the close-out phase, identifying and following up on outstanding or overdue items from the installer.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all issues arising from asset data collection are addressed and resolved promptly to achieve the upload of asset data into DoT's asset management system.

**About You**
- Ability to develop, use and maintain administrative systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders (verbal and written)
