The Role

This is a newly created role due to expanding work volumes in our NBN program. As a Completions Co-Ordinator, reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will focus on compiling and managing subcontractor claims and documentation in a high-volume ticket work program.

  • Collect and review As-Built documentation from field teams for client acceptance.
  • Prepare BOMBOQs and analise trends in contractor claims.
  • Document findings, track issues, and report on quality performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory approvals needed.
  • This position can be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney

About You

  • Proven experience in telecommunications quality assurance on ticket of work program.
  • Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • You're a self-starer capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
