**About the Role**:
As Administrator (Client Services) you will be responsible for effectively providing appropriate, efficient, and timely administrative support to Home and Community, Therapy, PBS, and Support Coordinators to meet NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission's requirements. The role is primarily concerned with ensuring that support is provided to ensure the client receives optimal levels of care and services to support them to remain independent.
The position will also be responsible for working with the NDIS Administrator and Service Teams in the preparation of Services Agreements.
The role requires the person to be able to work 19 hours over the working week (days negotiable).
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Experience - Service Delivery**
- Maintain Mosaic's Restrictive Practice Register and reporting tracker and provide regular status reports.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to Client Services including Restrictive Practice Authorisation Panels.
- Liaise with external agencies, including other behaviour support implementing providers and behaviour support practitioners.
- Working with the NDIS Administrator and service teams in the preparation of Service Agreements as required and;
- Management of and supplying reports on client journeys.
**Systems and Processes**
- Administer the internal Restrictive Practice notification process and prompt Managers/ Home and Community Leaders when key milestones are due.
- Use Mosaic's client management system in accordance with the requirements of the role.
- Maintain accurate and current records of Mosaic's internal restrictive practices.
- Coordinate and manage records of Mosaic Quality Assurance Panels for the approval of internal restrictive practices.
- Comply with and assist to continually improve Mosaic's policies, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an occupationally safe and harassment-free workplace.
- Arrange the signing of Service Agreements and Consent Forms for services as required
- Creating and modifying as required spreadsheets for each service team and
- Submission of Reports to NDIS Commission as directed by Line Manager.
**Business Sustainability**
- Assist with the promotion of Mosaic in the community.

**Job Requirements**:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have the following:
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification or relevant experience within disability services.
Experience
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in working with people with disability or working in the disability sector
**Skills**:
- Strong information technology skills including high levels of efficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrated administrative and secretariat support including the ability to take accurate notes.
- Developing and sharing resources as required.
- Works well under direction and demonstrates initiative.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks requested by multiple team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively. communicate with a range of people.
- Builds rapport quickly with a range of stakeholders.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Compliant focus in operating within internal and external policies and procedures.
- Ability to independently travel within the Perth metropolitan area.
**Conditions of Employment**
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Unrestricted working rights.
- State or Commonwealth government or legislative vaccination requirements (including any public health order or direction) applicable to the position and providing Mosaic with evidence showing compliance with those vaccination requirements.
