Contemporary Catering is a family owned and run business providing quality catering solutions to the Aged Care industry since 1992. We operate in over 38 locations throughout Victoria and Queensland employing over 500 staff.

About the role
Situated within the Hospitality and Aged Care Industries, the Training Coordinator will ensure compliance is maintained whilst advancing the skills of our workforce to enable succession and professional development. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who will make this role their own.

**This role is responsible for**:

- Creation and development of digital and practical training content
- Analysis of training data for reporting and continuous improvement
- Monitoring and maintenance of training-related compliance
- Identification of external training opportunities for staff members
- Identification of employment related funding opportunities
- Administrative duties and data entry where required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in designing training content (preferred, but not essential)
- Unsupervised contact Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
