This rolewould ideally suit someone that has experience working with large Enterprise and/or Government customers previously and who has outstanding client relationship and customer service skills.
You will be process driven, willing to shoulder your share of the admin tasks, have a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
You will assist the mobile operators and client teams in solution design, product demonstrations, pricing, implementation and training.To many of our customers, you will be the face of Modica, managing the day to day clientrelationship and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
We are looking for a team playerwho is excited about working in a vibrant, fast paced and rapidly growing business andDay-to-day you would be:The primary contact to our clients for services they may requireContinue to build customer relationships to encourage growth in the messaging spaceThe global compliance specialists for all aspects of messagingHelping evolve internal processes so that the customer ecosystem developed by Modica is prepared for growthInvoicing customers for the services and products they useDelivering solutions to customer problemsLeading projects or pieces of work that may impact customersProviding specialist support for enterprise customersKeep up to date with all new product releases and changesOwning all parts of the SDM lifecycle including service activation and provisioning, product feedback, and project facilitation including documentation and complianceSkills and experience we are looking for:Proven experience in service delivery or experience in mobile operationsExperience in a telco environment or knowledge of mobile services would be an advantage.Ability to understand complex and technical topics and translate these to non-technical customersAbility to multi-task and work to tight deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and an eye for detailArticulate with a strong proactive communication styleA team player who has a great sense of self awarenessA proactive problem solver with a passion for getting things doneConfidence leading and managing large projects and transitions, within set budgets and timelinesStrong Account and Relationship management skills who's a natural people personAbout the benefitsIn joining Modica, you'll become part of a highly engaged and focused team, driven by success with a passion for delivering for customers.
