Key Role: Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of delivering exceptional service support. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and process incoming service requests according to priority and established SLAs
  • Take ownership of reported incidents, analyze trends, and escalate high-risk issues as necessary
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support and adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Windows 10 and Apple OSX administration expertise
  • Mobile Device Management platform administration knowledge
  • Microsoft 0365 proficiency
  • ITIL or similar framework in incident and problem management experience
