Service Delivery Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Service Delivery Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites across the region, performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations at customer sites
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
  • Visiting customer sites across the region to provide technical support and resolve issues
  • Maintaining and expanding knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience
  • Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified or university trained in electrical, mechanical, electronics, avionics, biomedical, or similar fields
  • Hold a minimum restricted electrical license or able to obtain one
  • Happy to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Pride yourself on customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • Hold an unrestricted driver's license
  • Able to travel across state, interstate, and overseas
  • Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia
