The Process Analyst is responsible for supporting Business Banking's process optimisation efforts from strategic programs of work through to task-level tactical improvements, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
**What you'll do**
- Builds and shares a clear vision within the agile-based squads that align with the Business Bank's strategic pillars
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to structure an efficient design and implementation approach, leveraging existing principles around virtual teams, Agile, Lean and Human-Centred Design
- Supporting the delivery of the Business Bank's initiatives, included alignment of deliverables to our product strategy to ensure we meet the needs of our customers and financial objectives
- Process Analysis is a critical function to drive uptake where a ramp-up or staged implementation approach has been taken. This involves working with execution teams within the business to ensure variables and assumptions are accurate, and modifying the approach as required
- Working with key stakeholders to identify variances to benefits and targets and take corrective action to modify designs or procedures as necessary
- Take a lead role, along with Process Design Manager, to support Business Bank's teams as part of their ideation, strategy or problem-solving processes, to ensure current state process, root causes and opportunities are accurately represented
- Support the Manager Process Design Business Bank in maintaining the Bank's sanctioned end-to-end process architecture (including models, risk artefacts and other supporting documents), ensuring these remain up to date and in compliance with Suncorp's Enterprise Risk Management framework and the Process Governance Framework
- Work collaboratively with risk and compliance advisers to ensure that controls and mitigants are designed in alignment with risk appetite and target risk exposures
**What you'll bring**
- Business degree or equivalent (desired)
- High level of proficiency in Process Modelling Systems and BPMN methodologies
- High level of proficiency in Process Modelling Systems and BPMN methodologies
- A skilled communicator who confidently conveys information in both verbal and written communications
- Can communicate complex data and information in a clear manner for a range of audiences
- Displays a proven track record of leadership experience and capability
- Able to build strong customer relationships in relation to matters involving a wide range of stakeholder
- Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all working relationships including being able to maintain strict confidentiality when required
- Ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner and to escalate as appropriate
