We are primarily seeking multiple Senior Business Process Analyst – D365 SOP & FTL to work with our esteemed client.

Visa: Australian citizen with Baseline

Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid)

Engagement type: Until 30 June 2026 with possible extension

About the Role:

Adactin is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support a Federal Client on a strategic initiative focused on reviewing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Functional Task Lists (FTLs) within a Microsoft D365 Case Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document current SOPs and FTLs
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to define future-state processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the D365 CMS
  • Deliver clear, government-compliant process documentation

Essential Skills:

  • Strong background in business process analysis (public sector preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 in case/workflow-driven environments
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Proficient in SOP/FTL analysis and future-state modelling
  • Excellent documentation and reporting abilities

Desirable:

  • Awareness of automation/AI in regulatory workflows
  • Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
  • Prior Federal Government experience
  • Understanding of security and WHS compliance standards

  • Australian Citizen with Baseline clearance
