What this job involves
The Property and Facilities Assistant will assist the Operations Manager with the delivery of quality property and facilities management services across a government owned portfolio.
Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries
Assist with monthly report preparation
Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in Property Management systems
Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears
Assist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI)
Coding of creditor Tax Invoices
Assistance with Tenant Account Queries
Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations across portfolio.
Liaise with contractors, tenants, owners as required to assist the Property Manager & Operations Manager in delivering management services.
Co-ordinate Contractor Inductions and Site Access
Co-ordinate Tenant Work Requests and Maintenance Tasks through Prism
Maintenance Contract Administration
Co-ordinate, Set Agendas and Minute Monthly Tenant Meetings
General Administration, filing and assistance as required.
This is an entry level role which will suit someone looking to get started in facilities management and start their career with JLL.
