Emergency Response Role
We are seeking a skilled
Customer Service Professional
to fill this challenging position.
This is an opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to think on their feet.
You will be responsible for providing first response to customers in need, working with a range of people, especially in emergency situations, to provide support and guidance.
The role involves:
Providing timely and accurate responses to customers
Notifying ambulance services and communicating critical emergency details
Collaborating with the customer service team
Maintaining a reputation for caring and professional service to clients

The ideal candidate will have:
Certified customer service experience with exceptional communication skills
Call centre and/or inbound/outbound phone experience
Computer literacy with good typing skills
Shift work experience
National Police clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain
Medical clearance
First Aid qualification
