**We have the following positions available those with travel industry experience or starting/completed Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism**:

- 1 x full time role on a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover
- 1 x part time (3 days a week) on 12 month fixed term

**THE ROLE**
Based in our Cheltenham (VIC) office, our Guest Relations Consultants are responsible for the end-to-end sale and service of travel bookings for guests and travel agents, with a focus on exceptional customer service. In line with our bespoke journeys, our service is recognised by our guests as industry leading. Specifics for the role include:

- Experienced Travel Consultancy with strong destination knowledge
- Be the contact point for sales and service enquiries
- Provide exceptional service, across all guest interactions
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures
- Effectively communicate with internal and external staff
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by the greater business unit
- Establish and maintain a continual review of guest touch points
- Embrace and living the company values

**ABOUT YOU**
As an experienced Guest Relations consultant, you will bring the following to the role:

- Preferable qualifications of starting or completed Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Previous travel industry experience and working knowledge of a GDS - Sabre
- Passionate about delivering luxury travel experiences
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and oral communication competency
- High quality attention to detail
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work and colleagues
