Reception and Guest Relations Job Opportunity

This prestigious real estate company is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Reception Administrator and Guest Relations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administration experience in a fast-paced environment, with advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and Word.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing incoming calls, boardroom bookings, kitchen maintenance and organisation, as well as ensuring office opening and closing tasks are completed on a daily basis. They will also complete the daily mail run, deliver mail and deliveries to employees, and record and maintain adequate stocks of stationery and Australia Post supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Conduct sales support activities, including preparing sales open packs and auction bags
  • Provide ongoing support to property management employees
  • Prepare and maintain 'Landlord Packs' and 'Tenant Packs'

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Agent Box and Campaign Track
  • Excellent business and technical communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of relationship management and ability to build trust and respect
